Billie Baker is a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers her services through Joyful Restoration Counseling and Joyful Restoration Wellness. Baker works with couples, people facing addictions, and those dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety.

Baker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Woman's University and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. Her expertise is informed by the Trauma Model Certification training, and she has completed five levels of training in Emotional Transformation Therapy under Dr. Stephen Vazquez.
