Billie Baker

Billie Baker, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a BA from Texas Woman's University and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. She specializes in couples therapy, addictions, trauma, depression, and anxiety and has completed five levels of Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) training under Dr. Stephen Vazquez.

Billie is trained in Trauma Model Certification, psychodrama, anger management, PACT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, using experiential and evidence-informed tools to address a range of symptoms. After dedicating 22 years to raising her family as a stay-at-home mom, she founded Joyful Restoration Counseling and later Joyful Restoration Wellness.

Her faith-informed, trauma-aware approach integrates prayer, scripture, and spiritual experience for clients who choose it, with a focus on uncovering underlying trauma and core shame to help clients rediscover joy and cultivate healthier patterns.
