Brandy Engler

Brandy Engler, Psy.D., Psychologist, specializes in relationships and sexuality. She co-authored 'The Men on My Couch: True Stories of Sex, Love and Psychotherapy' (Berkley Books, 2013) and 'The Women on My Couch' (2016).

She is the founder of Silver Lake Psychology, a rapidly growing mental health network spanning four states. Dr. Engler developed a patent-pending therapist matching process and conducted survey-based studies with hundreds of clients to understand their expectations and dislikes about therapy.

She created Silver Lake Psychology to make boutique-therapy experiences available to a diverse clientele; the practice offers 120 different therapy specialties and provides services in 17 languages. Her approach is client-centered and emphasizes empathy, empowerment, and inclusivity.
