Craig Freund

Craig A. Freund is the founder of Elevated Counseling & Wellness, PLLC. Freund works with clients to enhance mental health and personal growth through compassionate care and evidence based methodologies. He focuses on men's issues, trauma, anger, and relationship difficulties.

Freund's academic journey began as a valedictorian at Logan High School in Utah. He earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Psychoanalysis from Colorado College, where he also played D-III football. His early career included roles in residential, crisis, and hospital settings, providing extensive hands-on experience.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor in Colorado, Freund employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic approaches, Trauma-Informed Care, and EMDR. He creates a judgment-free environment, tailoring therapy to individual needs. Clients can expect a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions with empathy and unconditional positive regard.
