About
David Barringer, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. He began his career in 2011 and went on to earn his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from North Central University in 2020, while proudly serving as an Officer in the United States Air Force Reserves. David has worked in residential behavioral health settings, with youth and families navigating Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), and in adult substance abuse recovery. He specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns in children/adolescents, post-traumatic stress responses, and grief and loss. His systemic approach integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, EFT, and advanced training in The Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy. David works with clients ages five and up and is passionate about fostering healing and resilience through evidence-based care.
