Diana Escamilla

Diana Escamilla, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker at International Therapy Solutions, PLLC. She earned her MSW from Wayne State University in 2018 and holds a graduate certificate in alcohol and drug abuse studies.

She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep problems, and grief and loss and has worked as a clinical therapist since 2018. Her experience includes outpatient community mental health, a residential treatment center, and group practice settings.

Diana uses cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and prolonged exposure therapy to tailor care to each client’s needs. Her approach is compassionate and goal-oriented, focusing on practical skills and resilience to help clients navigate life’s challenges.
