Elena Podell, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and integrating mindfulness practices. She treats anxiety, depression, and trauma in adolescents and adults.

She earned an MSW from NYU Silver School of Social Work, completed an intensive DBT training offered by Behavioral Tech, and has post-graduate training in treating PTSD.
