Elizabeth Fadale

Elizabeth Fadale, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State with over 19 years of experience. She holds a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from St. John's University.

She specializes in individual, family, and couple therapy and addresses relationship issues, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, work-related stress, grief and loss, problem-solving, addiction, and trauma. Her career began when she entered the mental health field in 1992; she became a Certified Addiction Professional in 1997 and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 1998, and has served as a team leader in a day treatment program and worked at Richmond University Medical Center.

Elizabeth creates a safe, supportive therapeutic environment focused on empowering clients to break old patterns, set personal goals, and build healthier relationships. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process that helps clients rediscover strengths rather than "fix" them.
