Ellen Cantwell

Ellen Cantwell is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who works with children, adolescents, and families. Cantwell helps address mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, and family separation through a compassionate, client centered approach.

Cantwell holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her diverse educational background supports her ability to incorporate creative elements into therapy when appropriate.

Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cantwell focuses on evidence based practices.
