Later in life, she pursued her passion for helping others in a different capacity, earning her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in 2016, graduating with Highest Distinction.

She is in the process of certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), widely recognized as the most evidence-based form of therapy for couples.
