Gillian Rose

Gillian Rose, MS, LMHC, NCC, CASAC-2, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who brings a trauma-informed approach to her practice. She works with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use and abuse, self-esteem issues, stress management, and goal attainment and uses Person-Centered Therapy as her primary framework.

Gillian has experience with children, teens, and adults in school-based environments and outpatient community mental health and substance abuse clinics, giving her broad exposure to diverse populations and care settings.

She integrates evidence-based practices and mindfulness techniques, tailoring care to each client's needs and emphasizing mindfulness and self-care to support healing and goal attainment.
