Heath Smith

Heath Smith, LPC-S, LCDC, DOT SAP, has over three decades of counseling experience. He specializes in addictions, ADHD, depression, anxiety, relational problems, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

He holds a master's in professional counseling from Liberty University, graduate work in Christian Counseling, and an undergraduate theology degree from Logos Christian College. He has maintained a private practice since 1990, began coaching in 2005 (transformational, ADHD, and parent coaching), and is a Board Certified diplomat of the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals.

He uses CBT, EMDR and a multimodal addiction approach that includes motivational interviewing, 12‑step methods, and relapse prevention. He offers individual, couples, and family counseling and conducts substance use evaluations as a DOT Qualified Substance Abuse Professional.
