Heath Smith

Heath Smith is a seasoned counselor with over three decades of experience, helping people overcome challenges such as addictions, ADHD, depression, anxiety, relational problems, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Smith offers individual, couples, and family counseling, as well as substance use evaluations.

Smith's academic journey includes a Master's degree in professional counseling from Liberty University, a graduate degree in Christian Counseling, and an undergraduate degree in theology from Logos Christian College. His diverse educational background supports a holistic approach to therapy, integrating spiritual awareness when appropriate.

In his practice, Smith employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
