Heather Irby

Heather Irby, LCSW, is the Lewis and Clark County Service Line Director at Many Rivers Whole Health, where she has worked since 2019 and assumed a leadership role in 2022. She holds a BSW with a Psychology minor from the University of Montana (2010) and an MSW from Walla Walla University (2016).

Her professional background includes roles as a Behavioral Specialist in a CSCT program, Intake Specialist with the Department of Public Health and Human Services, and Mental Health Therapist in both group home and psychiatric hospital settings. She also served as Team Lead for the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), supporting adults with severe and disabling mental illness.
