With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Jackie Vonfeldt brings a unique "get down to business" approach to therapy that combines efficiency with deep, transformative healing. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, founder, and executive director of Heart Space Counseling Center, Jackie specializes in guiding individuals and couples through the complexities of relationship wounds, childhood trauma, and mood disorders.

Jackie's therapeutic approach is rooted in her extensive education and ongoing pursuit of knowledge. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. Currently working towards a Doctor of Philosophy in Marriage and Family Therapy, Jackie's commitment to deepening her clinical skills is evident in her practice. Her additional training in Emotion Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), the Gottman Method, and trauma treatment modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) allows her to offer a comprehensive and tailored approach to each client's needs.
