Jackie Vonfeldt

Jackie Vonfeldt is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who is the founder and executive director of Heart Space Counseling Center. She works with people and couples navigating relationship wounds, childhood trauma, and mood disorders. Vonfeldt brings over a decade of experience to her practice.

Vonfeldt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her training includes Emotion Focused Couple Therapy, the Gottman Method, and trauma modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems.

Clients can expect a blend of empathy and analytical problem-solving. Vonfeldt's approach is designed to help clients see progress while gaining practical tools for communication and self-care. Her practice aims to provide efficient, effective therapy that addresses relationship distress, post-traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety.
