Jackie Vonfeldt

Jackie Vonfeldt, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She is the founder and executive director of Heart Space Counseling Center.

She specializes in guiding individuals and couples through the complexities of relationship wounds, childhood trauma, and mood disorders. She is trained in Emotion Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), the Gottman Method, and trauma treatment modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University and is currently working towards a Doctor of Philosophy in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a clinical supervisor and practice owner who founded and passed on West Wichita Couple and Family Counseling, she blends a "get down to business" style with empathic, trauma-informed care and emphasizes practical tools for communication, conflict resolution, and self-care.
