Jamie Jeffery

Jamie Jeffery, MC, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who practices solution-focused therapy. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and a Master's in Counseling.

Jamie combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral techniques and employs motivational interviewing to support meaningful change. She is a DBT Group Facilitator and works with young adults and adults on depression, anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), women's issues, and self-esteem concerns.
