With over 18 years of experience in nursing and health care, Dr. Janay Sonderegger brings a wealth of knowledge and a holistic approach to mental health care. Her journey began in 2004 as a registered nurse, evolving into a comprehensive practice that intertwines biological, social, psychological, and spiritual aspects of healing.
Dr. Sonderegger's credentials are as impressive as they are diverse. She completed her Doctorate in Nursing at the University of Arizona in 2017 and holds board certifications as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her commitment to integrative medicine is evident through her completion of the Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine in 2019. Additionally, she is certified in auricular acupuncture and has received advanced training from the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.
