Janet Whyte, LCSW, CCATP, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional who uses a strengths-based methodology to empower clients. She works with teens and adults experiencing anxiety and has specialized skills to address Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, OCD, Social Anxiety, and specific phobias.

She provides tools to help clients gain control over emotions, improve stress levels and sleep quality, and nurture healthier interpersonal relationships.
