She established her private practice in 2001 and previously served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina.
She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and the South Carolina Psychological Association and served as President of the South Carolina Psychological Association.
