Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCS 28894) with over a decade of experience in individual, couples, and family therapy. He brings a warm, direct style grounded in clinical training and practical leadership.

He completed over 300 hours of training over three years with Dr. Stephen Greenstein in Structural Family Therapy and regularly employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Bowen Systems Therapy to treat depression, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, trauma, anxiety, existential/identity dilemmas, and substance abuse.

He worked with severely emotionally disabled teens in a San Diego area group home in 2002 and has held leadership roles that inform his clinical work. Jeff sees individuals, couples, and families, blending sensitivity and directness to support family healing and individual growth.
