As an EMDR-trained and IFS-informed therapist, Jenny utilizes powerful modalities to address and heal trauma, anxiety, depression, and negative self-beliefs.

A particular focus of Jenny's practice is supporting adult children of emotionally immature parents and those who have experienced narcissistic abuse.
