Jessica Cavinta

Jessica Cavinta, M.S., LMHC, LPC, CAS, is a licensed mental health counselor with a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She brings a diverse, evidence-based toolkit to therapy.

Her modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Relational Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and she has extensive training and experience in substance abuse treatment.

Jessica has worked in outpatient and inpatient mental health facilities, substance abuse treatment centers, detox facilities, and county jail. She creates an empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental environment and provides a collaborative therapeutic relationship that emphasizes strengths and promotes personal growth.
