Jessica Lowry

Jessica J. Lowry, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Wheelock College in Boston, MA.

She has worked with domestic violence survivors and assisted in disaster relief following Hurricane Katrina. Her settings include forensic community treatment programs, inpatient facilities, and school-based settings. She now provides therapy to individuals and couples aged 14 and older at Arrow Counseling Services.

Her practice emphasizes Trauma-Focused therapy, including Internal Family Systems and EMDR, and she integrates Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, Imago Dialogue, Solution-Focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. She tailors these modalities for trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, parenting concerns, and severe and persistent mental illnesses.
