Jose Fregoso

Jose Fregoso, MSN, PMHNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at the California Center for Psychedelic Therapy. He utilizes psychedelic-assisted therapies, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration therapy.

His healthcare journey began as a former first responder serving Los Angeles County for over five years. After graduating from West Coast University, he worked as a Registered Nurse in intensive care, emergency, and behavioral health units, bringing crisis care experience to psychiatric practice.

At the center he provides medication management and therapeutic support for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other conditions, integrating his crisis care background with psychedelic-assisted approaches. He is dedicated to supporting mental, physical, and spiritual health through innovative approaches.
