Kaitlyn Armstrong

Kaitlyn Armstrong, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustments, grief and loss, and relational difficulties and works with individuals and couples to teens and children.

Kaitlyn uses Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and brings over five years of clinical experience and a Master's in Social Work from San Diego State University. She practices from a trauma-informed perspective and has additional training in family and restorative approaches.

She offers telehealth and in-person sessions at the Concord office and takes a collaborative, strength-focused approach grounded in acceptance, connection, and resilience, helping clients build practical frameworks for change and trusting therapeutic relationships.
