Kolleen Simons

Kolleen Simons, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Founder and President of The Right Solution. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2002, she brings criminal justice and mental health expertise to her private practice.

She specializes in working with teens and adults, with a particular focus on First Responders and their families, informed by her experience as a former St. Louis County Police officer. Services include individual and group counseling, stress management trainings, substance abuse services, secondary trauma and wellness trainings, interpersonal communication workshops, and Peer Support Skills and Training workshops and Wellness Checks.
