Kristen Dietz

Kristen Dietz, LMFT, is Clinical Manager at Two Chairs and holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in Orange County, CA.

She works with anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, grief and loss, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationships, emotion dysregulation, stress management, burnout, values and goals, and parenting. She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychoanalytic techniques.

She worked as a Licensed MFT at Alameda County Mental Health Services in Oakland, CA and completed internships at Butte County Mental Health Services in Chico, CA and the United States Probation office in Los Angeles, CA. Her approach is rooted in honesty and care combined with proven therapeutic techniques, and she focuses on making high-quality mental health care accessible.
