Laura Kietell, MSW, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and the owner of Thrive Counseling Services. She uses a cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused approach grounded in the Person-In-Environment model, offering personalized interventions that meet clients where they are emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
