Lisa Stewart

Lisa Stewart is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Stewart offers individual therapy and relationship counseling, focusing on empowering clients to navigate life's challenges independently.

Stewart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Jurisprudence from the University of Washington School of Law. She also earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington School of Social Work. Her experience includes work with the Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress.

Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Stewart provides evidence based care. For couples, she employs the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Clients can expect pragmatic, solution focused sessions. She offers in-person therapy on Saturdays and telehealth appointments during the week, ensuring accessibility for her clients.
