Liz Baumeister

Liz Baumeister, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Lead Clinical Supervisor. She offers relationship therapy, parent support therapy, individual therapy for teens and adults, group therapy, and family therapy, and uses the Gottman Method.

She has experience in outpatient clinics, school-based therapy, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and currently leads an applied DBT group for high school students. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Theory, she is a Certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCAATP).

Grounded in Relational Developmental Systems Theory and a multicultural lens, Liz creates a warm, down-to-earth, nonjudgmental space to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, parent-child relationship challenges, co-parenting, and life transitions.
