Liz Baumeister

Liz Baumeister is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Lead Clinical Supervisor. She works with teens and adults, offering relationship therapy, parent support, and family therapy. Her focus includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions, with a particular emphasis on family dynamics and cultural identity.

Baumeister holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and another in Research and Experimental Psychology from San Jose State University. She is a Certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional and has Level 1 Team CBT Certification. Her experience spans outpatient clinics, school-based therapy, and intensive outpatient programs.

Baumeister uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and the Gottman Method. She creates a safe, non judgmental space for clients to explore challenges and develop strategies for change. Her approach ensures continuity of care for those transitioning between therapy levels.
