Liz Daniels, M.A., LPCC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Mexico. She specializes in guiding individuals through life transitions, depression, anxiety, career challenges, adolescent issues, grief, and substance use.
She earned a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology from the University of New Mexico, and her clinical expertise spans individual and group counseling. Liz is trained in Lifespan Integration (level 2), a gentle technique for addressing trauma and integrating deeper wisdom using the story of one's life.
She currently serves as the Past President of the New Mexico Counseling Association (NMCA) and the New Mexico Career Development Association (NMCDA), reflecting her commitment to the counseling field and community. Liz takes a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of career, mental health, and life balance and offers a compassionate, curious, and collaborative approach to therapy.
