Luis Torres is a Certified Social Worker who works with the LGBTQA+ community and BIPOC people, providing culturally competent care. Growing up as a person of color in Utah, Torres understands the importance of representation and advocacy for underrepresented groups.
Torres has a background as a 3rd and 2nd generation Mexican-American, which informs his practice. He gained valuable experience working with youth and families at Utah Youth Village and as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Advanced Behavioral Services, where he supported children with autism and their parents.
Torres creates a safe space for clients to explore their truths, even when difficult. His approach involves guiding people through healing and processing experiences.
