Lyz Bowman

Lyz is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) and National Board Certified Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Wilmington University. In 2015, she founded Diamond State Counseling with a mission to provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care in a supportive and client-centered environment.

Lyz specializes in treating adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, maternal mental health challenges, and infertility. She integrates a wide range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs, with a focus on reducing stress, enhancing emotional well-being, and building lasting resilience.
