She specializes in ADHD in both adults and children, anxiety spectrum disorders, depression, eating disorders, chronic pain management, and coaching individuals with mild to moderate ASD. Her holistic approach incorporates evidence-based techniques such as lightbox therapy, exercise, yoga, meditation, and relaxation. Dr. Durham earned her Ph.D. in psychology from Auburn University with a clinical residency and fellowship in medical and health behavior psychology. She sees clients age six through adulthood and provides psycho-educational, personality, and psychological assessments, and offers consultation for agencies on fitness for duty and PTSD in first responders and military.
