Mary Cavalier

Mary Cavalier is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate in Health Psychology and over 30 years of experience providing care for adults. As a Health Psychologist, she takes a holistic approach that addresses emotional, physical, and social well-being. Her expertise includes working with grief, sexual concerns, LGBTQIA2S+ issues, caregiver stress, post-ICU syndrome, and chronic or serious illnesses that impact quality of life, such as cancer and Long Covid.

Mary also has extensive experience supporting healthcare providers navigating trauma and burnout. In addition to these specialties, Dr. Cavalier works with individuals managing depression and anxiety, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to support healing and resilience.
