With over three decades of dedicated experience in mental health, Matasha Bailey, M.S., AMFT, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Specializing in working with children and families, Matasha has honed her skills to address a wide range of mental health challenges across diverse age groups and family dynamics.

Matasha's extensive background includes working with children, adults, couples, and families, allowing her to offer comprehensive support for various mental health concerns. Her areas of expertise encompass anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Conduct Disorders. Additionally, Matasha has developed a particular proficiency in addressing trauma-related disorders, recognizing the profound impact that traumatic experiences can have on an individual's mental health and overall well-being.

Matasha's educational journey reflects her commitment to the field of mental health. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Criminology from California State University, Fresno in 1994, followed by a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from National University in 2005. This solid academic foundation, combined with her years of practical experience, enables Matasha to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to her clients.

Throughout her career, Matasha has gained invaluable insights into the criminal justice and child welfare systems, having spent nine years as a probation officer before transitioning into social work. This unique perspective allows her to better understand and address the complex interplay between mental health, family dynamics, and societal systems. For the past 22 years, Matasha has dedicated herself to her role as a therapist and Program Director, further refining her skills and expanding her impact in the mental health field.
