Throughout her career, Matasha has gained invaluable insights into the criminal justice and child welfare systems, having spent nine years as a probation officer before transitioning into social work. This unique perspective allows her to better understand and address the complex interplay between mental health, family dynamics, and societal systems. For the past 22 years, Matasha has dedicated herself to her role as a therapist and Program Director, further refining her skills and expanding her impact in the mental health field.
