McCall Lyon

McCall Lyon, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist specializing in infant and early childhood mental health. She focuses on the mental health needs of young children and their families.

At The Children's Center Utah she leads webinars on parasympathetic recovery and on the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and presents on supporting healthy gender expression in young children, trauma-informed engagement, and strategies for reducing aggression in group settings.

Dr. Lyon reviews current research and translates research into practical strategies for classrooms, clinics, and caregivers, emphasizing short-term regulation techniques and longer-term practices to build children's resilience and support workforce development in early childhood mental health.
