Dr. Megan L. Avery is a clinical psychologist and forensic expert who offers therapeutic services addressing both individual mental health needs and legal psychology. Avery works with adults facing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, substance misuse, and sexual functioning concerns, with a focus on culturally sensitive and LGBTQI friendly services.
Avery earned her doctorate from the University of Memphis and completed a pivotal internship with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Her forensic expertise includes civil evaluations for personal injury, malpractice, and workplace harassment, as well as criminal assessments of competency and mental state at the time of offense.
