Melissa Rosinski

Melissa Rosinski is a Founder and Clinical Director of Desert Lotus Counseling. Rosinski works with young adults and college students, offering a person-centered approach tailored to individual needs. She helps clients understand trauma, explore strengths, and develop self-compassion.

Rosinski brings over a decade of experience in Southern Arizona's mental health field. Her career includes roles in community behavioral health, private residential treatment, and as a counselor in a university business school. This diverse background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of mental health challenges.

Clients can expect sessions incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindful self-compassion skills. Rosinski is currently completing a certificate in Ecotherapy, enriching her therapeutic toolkit. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, she creates an inclusive environment, guiding clients through life transitions and personal growth.
