Michaela Svagera

Michaela Svagera, PLMHP, is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner at Counseling Connections & Associates. She earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

She practices using a humanistic-existential approach and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and somatic interventions. Michaela treats anxiety, attachment issues, conflict resolution, life transitions, parenting challenges, PTSD, and stress management.
