Michelle Cunningham

Michelle Cunningham, LCP, is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Emporia State University. She specializes in trauma-focused therapy and uses Trauma Focused-CBT, mindfulness, and structured family therapy.

She has nine years in the mental health field, serving as a case manager, crisis case manager, and therapist for individuals, families, and groups, and has worked in community mental health administering psychological evaluations. She works with clients age 6 and up.

Her client-centered practice builds on individual and family strengths to develop robust coping mechanisms and addresses depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, behavioral problems, and parent-child relationships. She also provides support for the LGBTQ/QIA+ community and writes about teaching resilience to children.
