Michelle Novotny

Michelle Novotny, PsyD, Licensed Psychologist (PSY32774). She earned a PsyD and an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology and a BA in Psychology and Mathematics from the University of Colorado.

She works with children, adolescents, and adults on anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, intimacy issues, life transitions, parent-child relationships, and spirituality. Her clinical approach integrates Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy with narrative elements and Internal Family Systems.

Dr. Novotny offers individual, couples, family, and child/adolescent therapy, providing 50-minute teletherapy sessions for accessibility. She practices in an evidence-based, warm, and empathic way, aiming to help clients feel seen and develop practical coping skills.
