Mike Mincy

Mike Mincy is a licensed clinical social worker who guides people through life's challenges. Mincy works with older teens, adults, couples, and families, addressing anxiety, trauma, depression, and relational difficulties.

Mincy received both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Florida State University. He joined Tallahassee Counseling Center in 2018, bringing over seven years of experience to the team. His expertise includes helping clients with behavioral issues, divorce adjustment, family conflict, and peer-related problems.

In his practice, Mincy employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and integrative family systems theory.
