Mileika Sitorus

Mileika Sitorus, Pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor, brings compassion, warmth, and authenticity to her therapeutic work. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel open to explore their inner thoughts and experiences without judgment.

Mileika helps individuals gain insight, process past traumatic experiences, and understand difficult emotions, and she works collaboratively to identify and achieve their individual therapeutic goals.

She works with a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults and parents and has a particular passion for boundary setting and maintenance, communication issues, stress management, depression, anxiety, and techniques for gentle parenting. Mileika believes intention is the catalyst for meaningful and lasting positive change and tailors care to each client's needs.
