Mimi Thomas

Mimi Thomas, LCSW-C, is a clinician at CBT Baltimore with over 25 years of experience. She is specializing in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and intimate relationships and draws on a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each adult client.

She works with adults aged 18-100 and has worked at the ASDI anxiety practice and Stella Maris' inpatient hospice unit. She has particular expertise in end-of-life issues, codependency, and couples' therapy, including working with LGBT clients.
