Morgan O'Shaughnessy

Morgan O'Shaughnessy, LMHC, C.Ad., is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and the Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Director of Bayside Recovery and Wellness Center. She holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College (graduated with honors) and is a Certified EMDR Therapist (EMDRIA) and Certified Addictionologist (C.Ad.).

She works with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, addiction, and childhood trauma and supports clients through major life changes and transitions. Her practice draws on Humanistic Psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused narrative therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, sand tray therapy, and EMDR.

Morgan uses a holistic, client-centered approach and builds a warm, genuine, non-judgmental therapeutic alliance that emphasizes core strengths, resilience, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. Her varied clinical experience informs practical, tailored care across treatment settings.
