Morgan O'Shaughnessy

Morgan O'Shaughnessy is the Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Director of Bayside Recovery and Wellness Center. O'Shaughnessy works with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, addiction, and childhood trauma, guiding them through life changes and transitions.

O'Shaughnessy earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, graduating with honors. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist, a Certified EMDR Therapist, and a Recovery Coach. Her experience includes crisis stabilization units, school systems, domestic violence agencies, and programs for active duty service members, veterans, and first responders.

Her therapeutic approach incorporates Humanistic Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Narrative Therapy, and EMDR. O'Shaughnessy creates a warm, genuine space for healing and growth, focusing on core strengths and resilience. Clients can expect a structured and supportive environment for effective therapy.
