Natalie Schilling

Natalie Schilling, MA, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience in the social service field. She is a certified EMDR therapist who specializes in addictions, eating disorders, trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD), anxiety, and depression and uses mindfulness, CBT, DBT, attachment theory, and ACT to tailor treatment.

She works at Boise Counseling and Wellness and offers walking therapy in Kathryn Albertson's park. Natalie is an adjunct professor at Boise State University, has helped develop mental health programs in Ada County, and is a national speaker on Eating Disorder Recovery.

Her approach is integrative and collaborative, focusing on trauma processing, self-esteem, and body image while supporting clients' treatment goals. When appropriate she works collaboratively, including collaborating with a registered dietitian and local physician when necessary, to coordinate care.
