Natalie Schilling

Natalie Schilling is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience in the social service field. Schilling works with people facing a range of mental health concerns, including addictions, eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Schilling holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Master of Arts from Boise State University. She extends her dedication to education by serving as an adjunct professor at the same institution. Her contributions to mental health services include developing two programs in Ada County and speaking nationally on Eating Disorder Recovery.

In her practice, Schilling employs cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR. Clients can expect a tailored, integrative approach to therapy, whether in traditional settings or through walking therapy sessions in Kathryn Albertson's park. Her method combines outdoor activity with professional counseling.
