Nathan Powers

Nathan Powers, MS, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in addiction and trauma recovery. He emphasizes the client's own sense of self and brings a creative, purposeful approach to therapy.

He is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrates Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, psychodynamics, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to tailor treatment. He works with clients to understand and change deeply rooted beliefs arising from early trauma and to address suppressed and repressed emotions and memories.

Nathan works with individuals, couples, and families and holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta University. He values joining and collaborative connection, exploring past, present, and future to identify patterns and support personal growth.
