Patricia Lyon

Patricia Lyon, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. As a trained psychotherapist, she supports individuals who feel broken or unsure about their future, drawing on personal and professional experience.

She specializes in depression, anxiety, dissociative identity disorder, trauma, aging and geriatric issues, codependency and boundaries, sexual abuse, and spiritual development. She uses Biblical, cognitive behavioral, Life Integration (LI), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) methods to tailor care.

Patricia creates a safe and welcoming environment and practices in an empowering, collaborative style. She takes a holistic approach to treating depression and welcomes the integration of faith into sessions when clients desire it, working as an enthusiastic partner and respectful professional to help clients reach their goals.
