Rachel Agustines

Dr. Rachel Agustines is a double Board Certified Psychiatrist at The Costello Center. Agustines works with a range of mental health issues, including ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, and grief. She serves men, women, children, and teens, including pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Agustines earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Miami and her medical degree from the University of North Dakota. She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of South Florida, followed by a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry. With over two decades of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she integrates a comprehensive approach to treatment.

Her practice blends medication management with nutritional, metabolic, and genetic considerations. Agustines employs therapeutic interventions and lifestyle changes to support positive growth. Clients can expect personalized treatment plans that address mind, body, and spirit, fostering improved overall well-being.
