Rachel Allen

Rachel Allen, MS, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology from UNLV. She practices at Healing with Grace Counseling Center and specializes in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and major life transitions.

She works with individuals, couples, and families and has training in adoption, family conflict, impulse control disorders, and oppositional defiance. She employs a variety of evidence-based techniques to tailor care.

Rachel focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment that helps clients find their own solutions. Her approach emphasizes emotions as integral to decision-making and aims to empower clients to overcome stressors and move toward healing.
