Rachel Church

Rachel Church, LMHC, BC-TMH, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who focuses on couples counseling and trauma-informed care. She is a Level 1 Certified Gottman Couples Counselor and an advanced trainee in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and she is certified as an EMDRIA Therapist and an Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist.

Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from the University of North Florida. A Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider, she offers phone and video-based sessions and brings perspective as a Jacksonville native who lived in Louisiana and New Jersey during her husband’s service in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Grounded in evidence-based practices, she helps partners improve communication, deepen connection, and address relational and trauma-related concerns while also supporting clients through grief and loss. Her work emphasizes accessibility, collaboration, and practical skills to strengthen relationships and coping.
